Seven California men have been charged in a $100 million jewelry heist, described as the largest in US history. According to the Department of Justice, the suspects tracked a Brinks truck for approximately 300 miles after it left a jewelry show near San Francisco with 73 bags of valuables in July 2022. Without using weapons, they allegedly stole 24 bags containing gold, gems, and luxury watches while the truck was parked at a rest stop in Lebec, California, as one driver slept and another was having a meal.
